Seed places of meeting and exchange in the heart of the region, mobile places, seeds of culture spreading all the ways. La Bonbonne reflects the idea of a concentrate of flavours from one place, this huge potential placed on the visitors and inhabitants path. We imagine this pavilion as an arom catalyser, one more flower in the landscape...
The pantograph wooden structure deploys as a light weaving wich reminds the traditional Dame Jeanne used to conservate the Cognac for many years. This permeable skin, entirely realized by recycling local materials as “merrains” remains always opened to the surrounding.
